Refund and Return Policy

At RetroDreams, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our policy below regarding refunds, returns, and preorder cancellations.

1. Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects

We will accept returns only in cases where there is a clear manufacturing defect in the board.

  • If you discover a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or replacement within 1 month (30 days) from the date of shipping.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use or handling

Additionally:

  • Preorder deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you request to cancel a preorder before shipping, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value will be applied to cover costs incurred for production, materials, and labor.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details and a description of the defect. We may ask for photos or other documentation to verify the issue before proceeding with the return.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, if the defect is verified, we will issue a replacement or a refund. All refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
